Does it connect to 5g?

No. It only connects with 2.4ghz wifi. Most routers supports 2.4ghz and 5ghz at the same time. You can check the router settings first.

Why does the connection failed?

Please note that this camera can only be connected to 2.4GHz WIFI, need to be plugged in; subsequent connection steps refer to the manual operation.

Do I have to subscribe to the cloud service?

No, most functions dont require cloud or micro SD card.

The camera can record events(12 seconds long) in the last 24 hours without a card or cloud. If you need the camera to record longer videos, please insert a card or subscribe to the cloud.

Why there is nothing after inserting a SD card?

If the orientation correctly inserts a Micro SD card (16-128GB supported), but there are no card storage settings, this is because the camera does not recognize the card. You can format the card to FAT 32 or exFAT; or try another SD card.

What should I do if there are too many alarm errors or no alarms?

You can customize the sensitivity of detection according to your specific needs. In the application, go to "Camera Settings" → "Motion Detection"→ "Detection Sensitivity" to set the sensitivity to high medium, or low.
