You can close and restart the app, and check if Wi-Fi settings is changed, lf so, please reset the pet camera treat dispenser and add again. Please ensure the router is powered on and online.

What to do if the alarm notice of activity is too frequent?

Adjust the sensitivity of the activity detection to meet your needs Camera Setting→Alarm Management-Motion Detection and select the appropriate detection sensitivity (High, Medium, Low) for your requirements.
