These foil wraps are used for both fingers and toe nails. Those don’t come with remover or acetone, it’s just the cotton on the foil.You need to apply remover to the pad and then wrap them around your finger.

Do these work for removing acrylic / dip nails？

It all depends on what kind of acrylic/dip you used. Some of the acrylic dipping system require a drill to be removed. You have to check the product your using and see if it specifies "soak off". Then these will work.

Do these just slip on your fingers?
