Is it dishwasher safe?

Cannot be put in the dishwasher, our ice cube trays are resistant to low temperatures but cannot withstand high temperatures, which will cause the product to deform if put in the dishwasher.

Why is icing slower sometimes?

This may be due to the position of the ice tray in the refrigerator, which is more likely to freeze when placed on the inner edge of the refrigerator.

Why is it difficult to remove ice when I use it?

Dont overdo adding water. Our ice trays have signs to keep the ice from sticking. If you pack too much water, it wont remove the ice well. Wait 1 minute at room temperature while pressing the tray to release the ice.
