Why doesnt the robot climb walls in automatic mode?

The machine will clean the pool floor in an "S" pattern first. When the battery level drops below 50%, it will switch to cleaning the wall and waterline in an "N" pattern. When the battery reaches below 10%, it will self-parking along the pool wall.

Can the battery be replaced if it fails?

The battery and motor is covered by a 24-month defect liability period, you can reach us via email or phone for a replacement. If it is beyond the 2-year period, you can purchase the battery separately.
