Feature

●Students will be able to explain and view chemiluminescence.
●Observe how luminol is converted to an excited state in the presence of an oxidizer such as hydrogen peroxide.
●As the excited state molecule decays or returns to the ground state, energy is produced as light.
●Instruction Manual and Safety Data Sheets are included.
●Kit Includes: 1 x 100 ml Luminol Solution 1 x 50 ml Hydrogen Peroxide, 6% Solution

Description

Many chemical reactions that emit light also emit heat (exothermic). Luminol chemistry produces what is known as ?cool? light. In other words, very little (if any) heat is emitted.

For Laboratory Use Only. Not for drug, food or household use. Keep out of reach of children. For more information, refer to the Safety Data Sheet.
