Note:

  • Universal External 3.5-inch Floppy Disk Reader does not play 5.25-inch discs and cannot be used with TVs, cars, or smartphones.
  • Please insert the disk into the drive first, and then plug the USB connector into your computers USB port, so that your computer will quickly recognize the drive.
  • When the device does not work properly, if your computer is a desktop computer, connect it to the port on the back of the computer. Q: The computer does not recognize the drive

A: First determine if you are using a desktop or laptop. The floppy drive is a 2.0 USB port, and compatibility problems may occur when plugged into the USB3.0 device port. Q: Not available for Windows 10

A: When using a computer with Widows10 system, if it is a desktop computer, please plug it into the port behind the host； if it is a notebook computer, please try to plug it into another USB port

Q: Photos cannot be displayed

A: The floppy disk is limited to saving files, not pictures, so pictures will not be displayed

Q: Cannot read floppy disk

A: First confirm whether there is a problem with the floppy disk. You make sure to plug in the floppy drive, turn on the computer and see if there is a disc drive icon
