Custom Coat Rubber Granule and Texture Additive is a reclaimed new, post-industrial scrap rubber, not from discarded tires. Our premium granule has a greater longevity in UV conditions due to it superior quality of polymer content. It is free of metal, stone, fiber and other contaminates and has Less than 2% dust content. Keep this material dry at all times and out of direct UV contact. Read the "Material Safety Data Sheet" before handling, or using this product. Custom Coat Rubber Granule and Texture Additive This product can be used on a wide variety of surfaces to provide a textured skid resistant coating. It can be applied on metal, wood and fiberglass, concrete floors, decks and many other surfaces. Storage and Handling Keep material dry at all times and out of direct UV contact while in the plastic container. Read the Premium Rubber Granule "Material Safety Data Sheet" before handling, or using this product. Mixing Additive Mix one cup of Premium Rubber Granule to one liter of Black bed-liner Coating. Mix product thoroughly with a mixing paddle before applying. Mix only enough material to cover your first coat. Product pot life and dry times may vary check your products technical data sheet before applying. Mixture Instructions - Step 1: Empty the contents of one liter of Black Bed Liner into a mixing bucket. - Step 2: Mix bed liner as normal with a mixing ration of 3 parts bed liner to 1 part hardener. - Step 3: Mix one cup of Custom Coat Rubber Granule and Texture Additive to one liter of Black Custom Coat Bed Liner. Mix product thoroughly with a mixing stick until the granules are consistently blended. - Step 4: Pour mixed contents into the air under coating gun container and you’re ready to spray.
