What is the solution if the arm connection part is too tight to move or too loose to fix?

You can use the Allen Key to adjust the screw under the arm. Please note:dont not tighten the screw excessively or it might be stripped.

What is the solution if your monitor VESA holes are over 100×100mm?

If your monitor VESA holes are 200x100mm or 200×200mm,we recommend you purchase VESA Adapter（B0B5DMSM6L） to fix it.

Should you purchase a reinforcement plate to prevent the desk from scratching or damage?

Though the clamp is equipped with pad, If your monitor is heavy or your desktop is thin, we recommend you purchase a reinforcement plate (B0B7BS4TBX) to spread out the pressure of the mount over a large area, preventing your desks from damage.
