3- Relax your upper body.
4- Hold this position for 20 minutes.
5- Change legs and repeat the process.
The Exercises on the Tower take some time to do, and they can be tedious and monotonous. Despite that, the chain reaction changes they bring about to our bodies are so many, that we recommend every person to purchase a Tower and use it at least 4 times a week.
The Tower really is the most important piece of equipment used in Posture and Alignment Therapy.
THE TOWER MIGHT LOOK LIKE A TORTURE THING, COMPLICATED TO USE & IT MIGHT ALSO SEEM THAT IS SO STATIC & PASSIVE THAT NOTHING IS REALLY HAPPENING, BUT IT REALLY WORKS FROM THE INSIDE OUT, GRAVITY ACTS IN OUR BEHALF TO HELP REALIGN AND REDUCE PAIN. TRY IT FOR 1 WEEK & SEE!!
