About the 9" Concave Suction Cup

Heavy lifting made easy!

The suction cup has an all metal handle and brass pump for durability. The 9” rubber pad has less curvature than other suction cups, making it flexible enough to handle flat or curved non-porous materials, including automotive windshields, body panels, glass panels and sheet metal. This multi-purpose glass lifter can be securely attached to a load using just one hand with its thumb pump mechanism. It also makes lifting items easier and safer when working on steps, scaffolding or ladders.

Check Before Use

1. Please test all Vacuum Suction Cups for grip strength on a small sample piece of material you plan to use cups on before use.

2. Use the cup on clean, relatively smooth, nonporous surfaces at temperatures from 10°to 120°F. Moisture or contaminants can reduce the slip resistance of the cup.

To Attach

1. Position the hand cup on the contact surface so the red line will be visible if it should appear while lifting the load.

2. Pump the plunger until the cup attaches completely. When the red line is hidden, vacuum is sufficient for lifting.

3. Check the plunger frequently to make sure the cup remains securely attached. If the red line appears while lifting, set down the load immediately and pump the plunger until the red line is hidden again.

To Release

1. Set the load on a secure support.

2. Press the valve release lever until the cup disengages completely. Lift tab on pad edge permits instant release.

To Maintance

1. Use a clean sponge or lint-free cloth to clean the cup face with some soapy water

2. Stored in the carrying case in a dry place with lower temperature.

3. Since aging and wear reduce the capacity of the rubber pad, it should be

replaced at least once every 2 years or whenever damage is discovered.
