●Give a really special gift! We add names and the year that you give us when you “Customize Now”. Imagine how pleased the recipient will be when they see their name on their gift and know you took the time to order something unique, something made just for them.
●Free personalization by hand: When you customize now your request will be carefully entered on to the ornament by a trained employee. Style will vary from artist to artist but you can be sure all lettering will be done to our high standards of attractiveness and legibility. Permanent black ink will be used to avoid fading and smudging. We use upper and lower case lettering and wording is carefully centered.
●Be creative if you like! Some products have room to add a holiday greeting or a phrase that relates to the design of the ornament. For instance, “Our First Christmas as Mr. and Mrs.” is pictured on this ornament. You can choose the same phrase or you may create your own wording in that spot. It’s your chance to be creative and find just the perfect sentiment for your family or friends.
●Fast turnaround with very careful packaging: Even during the very busy months of November and December our handling time is 1 to 2 days. We don’t ship in paper envelopes! Ornaments are packed in a sturdy new tuck top mailer box protected by extra bubble wrap to insure it arrives safely. We use USPS to mail and always provide tracking info with each shipment. Our sturdy box can be used for storage after Christmas.
●This ornament is individually hand crafted of polymer clay and each one will be slightly unique as is the nature of handmade items. This is a lightweight and durable material and will not deteriorate due to moisture, heat, or other conditions. There are no special storage requirements.
