INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION：
1.Select two points to secure the screw hooks and ensure the distance between them is less than the aerial cable.
2.Locate both hooks at the same height, and high enough to allow a person to easily walk under it.
3.Hang the turnbuckle on the open eye screw hook and adjust it by rotating the center until fully entended.
4.Slide the following items onto the unfinished end of the cable in this order as above picture shows: protective stopper--pulley--protective stopper--two wire rope clips.
5.Snap the cable lead with shock absorbing spring on to the pulley and your dog collar.
