How Are Oh, Susannah Pillowcases So Soft?

People love how soft our pillowcases are. This is how we do it:

  1. We start with brushed microfiber fabric which leaves thousands of tiny soft fibers sticking out to softly caress your skin. Others will use non-brushed fabric which keeps the fibers tucked in and results in a more abrasive feel.
  2. The next crucial step is the decoration process. We use a digital dye process that leaves those brushed microfibers soft. Other similar pillowcases use a cheap screen print process which leaves a layer of firm ink on top, ruining any softness the fabric had.

Hello! Ben and Susannah are the couple behind Oh, Susannah. We discussed our hope to run our own business on our first date, and even bought the equipment for this one before we were married! Over the last 7 years, we have learned a lot and adjusted our products and techniques to be able to offer the best products we can.

Susannah designs all products, Ben runs our online store, and our son helps package (dont worry, we pay him in gummy bears!).
