Mixed Denomination Value Counting

Simply place your unsorted (or sorted) bills on the hopper and the NC55 will automatically detect the currency and start counting. It will display the total value & quantity counted and report the breakdown per denomination. It also reports all the bill serial numbers.

The NC55 has USD, MXN, CAD, GBP, EURO & PLN installed. The NC55 also has the capability to count vouchers, tickets and sorted bills in any currency.

The NC55 can count up to 4 mixed currencies all at once so there is no need to sort your currencies beforehand. The NC55 dual CIS technology enables it to value count even the most advanced currencies.

User instructions

As with all bill counters, make sure you line up the bills & straighten out folded ones. The bills should be squarely on top of each other and should be placed in the centre of the hopper as shown in the images.

100% Accurate Counterfeit Detection

The NC55 simultaneously counts & verifies your bills. If a counterfeit is detected the NC55 pauses counting and alerts you with a visual and audio warning. Simply remove the counterfeit and press start to resume counting.

The NC55 examines eleven advanced security features on each bill using the latest counterfeit detection technology:

  • Ultraviolet, Magnetic, Infrared, Metallic Thread, 3D, Serial Number, Colour, Image, Length, Width, Thickness.

Dust Cover, Customer Display & Service Kit

The NC55 includes unique accessories. The provided customer display shows the counting result, allowing the customer to view the results in real time. Simply plug it into your NC55 and you’re set.

A maintenance kit is included for fast simple cleaning. The back cover provides easy access to the sensors. The provided custom dust cover fits exactly as it should, shielding the sensors from dust build up. Finally, the integrated carry handles also allows easy transport.

To make your administration easy, you can export your full counting report & serial number report to a PC using our free ZZap Bill Counting Software. Alternatively the reports can be printed via the ZZap P20 Printer (not included).

New bills issued? No problem. The NC55 has an integrated USB update port so you can easily download updates & other currencies. Currency updates and instructions can be downloaded, free of charge from our website. We work with Central Banks to ensure the update is available before the new bill enters circulation.

The NC55 has one of the fastest counting speeds of any other bill counter enabling you to eliminate human error, simplify your cash handling process and save time. Advanced infrared sensors ensure maximum counting accuracy & reliability.

The NC55 features a high capacity top loading hopper that allows you to add bills to the hopper while it runs, for continuous counting.

The NC55 has the unique ability to adjust the counting speed to cater for different conditions of bills. You can select between 3 speed settings:

Preparing bank deposits, cash drawers & currency straps has never been easier. Simply input a batch quantity and the NC55 will automatically pause counting each time it counts that quantity.

The add function allows you to add different stacks of bills together. Ideal for keeping track of the total counting result across individual runs. The add and batch function can be used at the same time for maximum efficiency.

If you are counting single denomination bills, the unique sort function will alert you to any rogue denominations that have been mistakenly put in your sorted bills.
