Attention:
- Before order, please check the diameter and length of the laser tube to ensure the laser tube can be installed into the machine as a replacement.
- Each laser tube has been tested and we will provide a safe packaging for them. If you have any questions after you received laser tube, please let us know in time.We will provide standard processing procedures to solve your problems efficiently. We provide replacement as the broken or tube fault(during maintenance period), except man-made damage.
- Normally, the low power laser tube is suitable for engraving as the small laser bean diameter. If used for cutting, we suggest to work with 80W or above laser tube.
- Laser tubes are consumables, and storage for too long may cause power degradation. If your laser tube is used frequently and the workload is heavy, you can always buy a spare laser tube for backup, but it is not recommended to store it for too long. Because when you buy a new laser tube, our shipping time is only 3-5 business days.
- Due to different measuring tools and methods, there may be slight errors in length and diameter, but it does not affect the use.

Tips
- About installation
- Laser tube must be placed horizontally.It is made of glass and is fragile. Therefore, be careful when installing and using it.
- Determine the positive and negative poles of the laser tube. (metal terminal is negative)
- Connect the positive and negative terminals to the wires of the machine.
- Connect the cooling water pipe. The inlet water tube is below, and the outlet water tube is above. Must be low in high out.
- Use the laser and test switch on the machine to adjust the optical path, so that the laser point enters from the middle of the entrance hole of the laser head, and then adjust the vertical optical path. (If the battery is weak, try wiping the lens first.)
- About Maintenance
- Please confirm whether the water circulation is good before each use.
- Water temperature should be controlled at 25℃-30℃.
- Avoid the dust accumulation nears to the high voltage electrode and keep it dry
- Cooling water should be replaced in time
*Summer: Every 2 weeks at least (Could put some ice in the water to cool down)
*Winter: Every 4 weeks at least (Dont let water turn into ice)
