1. Warm Tips for Connection Steps

(Please make sure each computers have 2 HDMI cables to the KVM, Otherwise, dual display may be NOT WORK)

(1) Connect the micro mini USB charging cord for power.

(2) Connect 2*HDMI cable + 1*USB-B cable form each computer to the KVM (USB1 HD1A HD1B & USB2 HD2A HD2B).

(3)Connect 2*HDMI cables between the KVM (HD OUT A, HD OUT B) and 2 monitors.

(4)Connect keyboard and mouse to "K/M" port on the KVM,other USB devices to the "USB 2.0" port.

Q: Why I have only 1 monitor work?

A: Please make sure each computers have 2 HDMI cables to the KVM, and both computer resolution is not high that 4K@30Hz.

Q:Why cant use hotkey switch?

A:Please make sure Keyboard and Mouse are connect in the "K/M" port and the number keys are not locked
