Frequently Q&A:

1. Do you have to air the room after the sterilization?

We do recommend airing the room. After the sanitization process, there might be a little smell of dead virus and drying tube. The product is ozone free so that the smell is totally safe and normal.

2. Do you have to leave the room while the UVC Lamp is working?

Yes. Long time UV Light exposure can be harmful to humans skin. Humans and pets shouldnt stay in the room while the UV-C Germicidal Lamp is started. Thats why we design it with a radar-sensor to avoid any sudden damages to humans and pets.

3. How does the Radar-Motion Sensor work?

Our Motion Sensor is very sensitive for safety concerns. UVC Lamp automatically stops working if people or pets enter the detection zone. Restarts automatically if no livings around.

4. How does the UVC kill the virus?

UV light is divided into 3 types, UVA(325-400nm), UVB(280-315nm), UVC(100-280nm). The sterilization mainly depends on UVC emission, and 253.7nm is proved to be the best sterilization efficiency, which is this lamps UVC wavelength. Ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) is a disinfection method that uses short-wavelength ultraviolet (ultraviolet C or UV-C) light to kill or inactivate microorganisms by destroying nucleic acids and disrupting their DNA, leaving them unable to perform vital cellular functions.
