Installation Steps & Tips:
1. Tools Preparation
Two mounting brackets & One small drill rob & One 0.56 hole saw & One handheld electric drill
2. Determine Mounting Location
You are required to measure 2 places - the distance between mounting holes on the motorcycle bracket which is under the back seat, second is the holes on the saddlebag mounting brackets. After measure the most suitable hole location based on the 2 places above, it can be marked on the saddlebag to assist in accurate drilling.
3. Small Drill Rob Go First, 0.56 Hole Saw Comes After
We strongly recommend that you drill small holes (use a small diameter drill, smaller than 7mm, the diameter of screws is about 7mm) on the centre of your marks first, then you could use a 0.56 hole saw to expand the holes. One big advantage of this is that some customers will use the hole saw directly to drill holes with great effort, which will easily break the saddlebags. What we recommend is to maximize the possibilities that you will not break the saddlebags.
4. Put Accessories in
Firstly, put the rubber spacers in the holes. Then, put the bearing bushes inside the spacers and insert the screws. After that, put the saddlebag brackets on and add the metal gaskets. At last, tighten the nuts.
5. Put the Whole Saddlebags on Your Motorcycle
After the installation steps above, we believe that youve done the most important part. You are just required to put the whole saddlebag with mounting brackets on your motorcycle. Loosen the bolts on your motorcycle brackets under the back seat and put the saddlebags on, and tighten the bolt again.
