Apply a little vegetable oil before each use for easy movement

Step 1

Wash all components gently by using a dime-sized amount of dish washing liquid and warm water before and after use. It is also dishwasher safe.

Step 2

Lightly coat the O-rings of plunger, needle threads and gaskets with cooking oil or vegetable oil to help them glide more easily.

Step 3

Unscrew top cap & fill the barrel with marinade or push the plunger all the way in, insert the needles into the marinade so to dip needle holes in the marinade then pullout the plunger to fill it.

Step 4

Now when the meat injector is filled with marinade, insert the needle deep into the meat at different points for even marination and press the plunger.
