How To Wear Tennis Elbow Support Strap
1. Rub the outside (or inside) of your elbow to feel for any muscle tenderness.
2. Slide the brace up your forearm, ensuring the soft compression pad is about 5-10cm directly below the elbow where you feel discomfort (for tennis elbow, this should be placed on the outside of the forearm and for golfers elbow, the inside).
3. Slip the end of the strap through the metal buckle and fold it over to fasten.
4. Adjust the strap and pad until you find a comfortable level of compression and placement.
