When using this product, you may encounter such a problem: Your computer only has 1 HDMI output port, what should you do? Dont worry, our model can support signal converters or signal conversion cables.Such as:

Important note
Product use instructions
This is a KVM Switch that supports 4 dual-display computers to share 2 monitors. By key switch or hot key switch, you can use the same keyboard and mouse to control any of the 4 computers. Before using this model, you need to confirm the following information:
- 1. Make sure all your computers support dual display mode. If your computer itself cannot support dual display mode, this KVM may not achieve the effect you want.
- 2. Make sure that the resolution of all your computers does not exceed 3840*2160@30Hz.
- 3. Make sure that your HDMI signal output cable is normal and usable.
- 4. Make sure that you can use the dual display normally when you connect the computer directly to 2 displays.
- 5. If you need to use a signal converter or signal conversion cable, make sure that these accessories are available.
Connection Steps
If you want to achieve dual display effects on multiple computers, you must follow the following connection steps:
1.Connect the Micro USB charging cable between the computer and the KVM.
2. Connect HDMI/DVI/VGA/DP/Type-C to HDMI cables and USB-B cable between your computer 1 and "HD IN 1 A and HD IN 1 B and USB 1" on KVM.
3. Connect HDMI/DVI/VGA/DP/Type-C to HDMI cables and USB-B cable between your computer 2 and "HD IN 2 A and HD IN 2 B and USB 2" on KVM.
4. Connect HDMI/DVI/VGA/DP/Type-C to HDMI cables and USB-B cable between your computer 3 and "HD IN 3 A and HD IN 3 B and USB 3" on KVM.
5. Connect HDMI/DVI/VGA/DP/Type-C to HDMI cables and USB-B cable between your computer 4 and "HD IN 4 A and HD IN 4 B and USB 4" on KVM.
6.Connect the "HD OUT A and B" port on the KVM to your monitors with HDMI to HDMI/DVI/VGA/DP cables.
7.Connect the Mouse and Keyboard to the K/M USB port on the KVM.
8.(If necessary) Insert your USB 2.0 device into the USB 2.0 port on the KVM.
