- How to turn off the spotlights or get the spotlight stay on in schedule?
- Answer: You could turn off the Night Mode of the camera via Reolink App/Client to turn the spotlights off at night, or set a schedule for the spotlights to let them stay on at the set time.
- Will the two-way talk still works when its added to a Reolink NVR?
- Answer: When the camera is connected to a Reolink NVR with the hardware version of N2MB02/H3MB18/N3MB01 while under the latest firmware version, you could still enable the two-way talk via Reolink App/Client (NVR interface excluded) on your phone/PC/tablet.
- Which NVR will be compatible with this camera?
- Answer: Reolink NVRs with the hardware version of N2MB02/H3MB18/N3MB01 support the smart detection/playback for the RLC-812A under the latest firmware version. You can verify the compatibility via the System Information of the NVR.
