HOW TO USE THE BREAD SPOOFING BASKETS
If you arent familiar with the bread spoofing baskets, follow simple steps below to get beautiful and tasty batch of breads of your own!

Step 1: Prepare the dough- Carefully knead the dough - Sprinkle some flour (you can use a mixture of all purpose flour and white rice flour) in the round bread proofing basket. This step is to prevent the dough sticks to the basket |
Step 2: Let the dough rise- After preparing the dough, place the kneaded dough into the proofing basket - Let it sit and rise You can also use the fabric cover that comes with the basket to cover the dough |
Step 3: Take out the dough- Once the dough is fully bloomed, remove the dough from the proofing basket |
Final step: Baking
After taking the dough out of the proofing basket, bake it in the oven using a baking trayout
Please note that the proofing baskets arent for baking. Do not use the basket in the oven!
