Tilt joint is too tight / loose?

  • Correct the Tilt Torque by clockwise / anti-clockwise turn, then the monitor can be hovered at any angle.

1. Press the forearm to horizontal position;

2.1 If monitor can’t be positioned down: Turn the screw clockwise (-) until the gas arm works correctly;

2.2 If monitor can’t be positioned up: Turn the screw counterclockwise (+) until the gas arm works correctly.
