This one fits the bill! I love the color selection. It’s hard for me to find the colors I look good in (like olive green) in women’s shirts, so I often buy men’s shirts even though they are too big and look masculine. I’m so glad I found this women’s alternative. I’ve bought five so far and will buy the long sleeve style in the fall. I’m 5’4”, 118lbs. I have a broad back but am not terribly busty. This shirt in a medium fits me perfectly. Here’s a tip: This shirt does not need ironing in my opinion. When I packed it for a trip, of course it came out a little wrinkled. I use a spray bottle filled with water and spritz the wrinkles and hang to dry. Wrinkles gone! This will work for all cotton/cotton blend clothing. I even do it at home.
• Bec: I love this blouse a perfect fix. Great material. I washed it and it came out perfect. Will definitely buy again. Fit true to size.
• jmc: Very cute blouse! Never sure what to expect ordering clothing off of Amazon, but in this case I was happy. The side slits are cut a bit too much, so it shows skin. Easy fix with a few stitches. Very sturdy fabric, not "see-thru". I ordered the olive green in a Medium and it fit just right. I have broad shoulders and had no problems with this shirt. I may wear it with a tank top under it and use it like a jacket for Spring.

I love these shirts so much that I bought five different colors they are very light and Airy perfect for the summer love the sleeves especially when you buy it the long-sleeve ones then you can roll them up and turn them into 3/4 sleeves that flexibility is excellent and they fit nicely and look smart as well I probably will buy a few extra because every time I find something I like for some reason they seem to disappear I dont want to miss out on these again!
• Beth Callender: Great cut and fabric! Great fabric. Has a texture that makes it more interesting and means no ironing! Washed and dried it on warm for a few minutes and it’s great, bought the large for my mother who wears a size 12 relaxed fit and it’s perfect. I’m going to order one for myself - like the shorter length too! And the pockets solve any slight see-through.
• judy s: Looks like real linen at half the pric. This shirt is comfortable, stylish and looks like linen. Therefore, no need to iron as real linen always ends up looking a little rumpled even after ironing. I wash and dry it in the washing machine and dryer and it does not shrink. I might order a few more.
