Professional Non-Stick Deep Dish Pizza Pan features heavy duty, carbon steel construction for durability and strength. This pan is designed with a non-stick, easy release for ease in baking and cleaning.

The pizza pan measures 6-Inch diameter by 1-1/2-Inch. Dishwasher safe, however hand-washing is recommended to extend product life. Oven safe to 450°F / 232°C; not intended to be used under the broiler. Sharp-edged utensils and knives should not be used.
