Our bags are made with high quality materials and designed for durability. This side-gusseted breathable bag gives a sturdy stand-up bag after filling and a strong bottom seal. It is pliable at any temperature as well as after sterilization. The bag opening is designed for easy sealing and the bag’s bottom seal can withstand agitation.

Our autoclavable bags allow for better sterilization and a lower risk of contamination. These bags must be sealed AFTER autoclaving, as sealing them prior to autoclaving can cause them to burst. As with any manufacturer’s bag, you must make sure you use adequate water in your autoclaving process to ensure the bags dont melt.

Designed for Production at Scale

Our 0.2-micron filter (versus a standard 0.5-micron filter) makes this the preferred bag of large-scale grain spawn growers. When spawn in quart jars is not enough, or efficient, you can use these great bags instead. This bag has a type T filter made from laminates of non-woven polypropylene with PTFE.

Our bags are 8″ x 5″ x 19″ enabling plenty of space for growing spawn. Our bags are also gusseted on the sides, enabling you to easily and cleanly seal them after autoclaving.
