Manual
1. Open the sushi bazooka, “load” it with rice and other ingredients, close it.
2.Wrap sushi mat with plastic wrap place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat , the onto the bamboo mat your sushi.
3.Roll sushi tightly with mat roll tightly with firm pressure using the rolling mat.
4.Slice sushi roll into pieces using the Professional sushi knife and put into plates
