Herringbone Plaid Flannel ShirtI love this flannel shirt! This isn’t your standard baggy flannel yet it provides the warmth and comfort that you expect when you wear one. Tailored to a woman’s body the fit is perfect for me. The plaid is a heathered gray with a herringbone pattern in dark and light gray plaid. The contrasting color is a salmon pink. The yolk is cut Western shirt style and there are 2 front flapped pockets on the front. The ability to roll up the sleeves and button them up is a nice feature. The shirt is well constructed. I launder in cold and hang to dry to keep the shape and size intact. The fabric is a 65 rayon 35 polyester blend. This a not a cotton flannel and being such, the fabric is thinner. Nonetheless it keeps me warm and is s attractive and visually appealing. |
Versatile Piece to Have in Your Closet for LayeringIt is a soft brushed medium-weight flannel and feels very good on. It is not that thick flannel that winter-weight shirts are made of, but it is not a thin woven material either. It literally could be worn four seasons... I plan to use this more as a layering piece over other tops. The length of the back from the bottom of the collar to the hem on the large is 29". The sleeve is 23 1/2". The sleeves roll up and have a button tab loop to hold them up. The hem is boy-friend shirt-tail style. The are five buttons down the middle for closure. No button near the collar on top. This top is nicely sewn. I would absolutely recommend this shirt to others. It is cute, cozy, and comfortable.It is a nice versatile separate to have in your closet. 5 stars. |
Good qualityA flannel can go either way in regards of quality , but this one is definitely high end, while still a good value . Very comfortable, sturdy material, not too light , while not too heavy. Looks great with leggings or shorts. Also love, love, love this shade of red. Compliments the black flannel stripes very well. Already one of my favorite flannels. Can’t wait for the fall / winter season to put it in full use. |
