The Klein 45201-Lockouts with Interlocking Tabs are specifically designed for locking out power sources such as disconnects, switches, and panel boxes. The lockout is designed with a double interlocking hasp of tempered steel with patented interlocking tabs for extra security. The 45201-features riveted construction, hasps that are bright zinc-plated (1-1/2-Inch closed hasp I.D.), and six-hole locking bodies coated with red vinyl plastic.
