Charites 5-Barrel Hair Crimper and Waver: Creates Effortless Crimps and Waves
Instruction
- Make sure that your hair is dry before using the crimper iron.
- Push the "Power" button for 2 seconds to turn on the crimper.
- Choose a heat setting and wait for the heating barrels to preheat for about 60 seconds.
- Section a bunch of hair, clamp it between the barrels and grip the cool tips for about 4 - 10 seconds.
- Repeat to work through the length of hair.
- Push the "Power" button for 2 seconds to turn off the crimper and then disconnect the appliance from the outlet.
- Beware of the remaining heat after using the appliance.

- The time for preheating depends on heat settings and the ambient temperature.
- Hold the Power button for 2 seconds to turn on the appliance, and then allow the barrels to preheat.
For Better Results
- Keep hair dry for styling.
- For the first use, please starts with the lowest heat setting and use it on a small section for testing purposes.
- DO NOT clamp the same section of hair for over 12 seconds. 4 - 10 seconds are recommended.
- You can use a short time to create loose results, but the results may not hold. Use hair spray to help hold the results.
- Results for thin, soft hair may not last long. Use hair spray to help hold the results.
Safety Instructions
- It is normal for the hair waver to emit a slight odor, especially during the first few minutes of initial use.
- There may be smoke emitting while using, as the moisture in hair evaporates and helps to form waves.
- Barrels stay hot even after use. DO NOT touch the barrels before they cool down.
- The appliance MUST be disconnected from electric outlets after use.
