Im glad to have the opportunity to introduce you my balance board. I am the designer of 4TH Bee Balance Board and I am an outdoor fitness enthusiast. Before designing the 4TH Bee Balance Board, I already had a very special balance board. It was a scrapped skateboard, I removed the wheels, used it as the balance board, and I got a 4-inch diameter hollow steel tube as the roller to start my balance training. I have to say that it helped me a lot with balance and core exercise. I had been using this homemade balance board for about nine months. When I used it in parks many people showed interests and I was glad they were willing to try to use it. After more people used it, I summed up the defects. I really want to design a safe and effective balance training board, so I brought 4TH BEE. It is much safer with the non-slip design, the roller is made of solid oak, not easy to stain, slightly soft increase the contact area, also increase friction for better use. The unique designs came from my friends who used it, which made the balance board unusual, Im just a porter of their ideas. Customers will be our best designers, and we will be your best listeners.

If normal push up is too easy for you, try doing push ups on the balance board, it is a good exercise and it requires a lot of strength
Put the balance board along the long side of roller, step on the board to train the balance ability on surfing board.
Step on the balance board, Use both hands to grab the side of balance board, be careful not to grab the tip, try to stay balance as long as possible
Put the balance board along the short side of roller, step on the balance board, squat down, try to stay balanced as long as you can.
