  • This series is of heavy duty pro aprons, NOT of those light weight and thin material aprons. Each one weights 2 LBS.
  • During the cold season, the wax canvas could be more stiffer and harder than warm days, and has more wax creases. These phenomenons will get alleviated when the weather gets hotter. We also may choose RIVECO dry waxed aprons or denim canvas aprons if we want to avoid these issues, anyway, these are safety aprons.

Common problems and solutions:

1 Why do aprons become stiffer and easily creased in winter?

During the cold season, the wax canvas apron would be stiffer and harder than warm days, and easily get more wax creases. This is caused by the nature of oil waxed canvas. We exchange the softness for better dirt & water protection. And these phenomenon will get alleviated when the weather gets warmer. You can choose relatively softer RIVECO dry waxed aprons or denim canvas aprons instead.

2 Why the shoulder straps are easy to slide?

You can lift the leather cross-pad on your back to narrow the straps and adjust them to fit your figure. And there is an ultimate way is removing the two shoulder pads.

3 Why the apron is so heavy?

RIVECO apron is made of 16 oz oil waxed canvas, metal parts and leather shoulder pads, more functional pockets and loops. Thus it’s a little heavier than normal aprons.

4 Only few aprons fit large size person, can this apron fit big waist?

Yes! RIVECO waxed canvas apron has extra-large size：26 " w x 36.5" l, ideal for bigger person around 5’ 3” to 6’ 7” tall, waist size between 25” to over 50” .Besides, the lengthened straps are the answer to users advices.

5 Some users said the loop easy loosing?

We upgraded the latch to fastening steel loop，it’s locked and strong enough for hanging towel, keys or other gadgets.
