Welcome to choose CaptainCrafts Cross Stitch.
CaptainCrafts Cross Stitch Kit: is a relaxing crafts form which can be completed quickly over a couple of days or enjoyed a little at a time over weeks and months.
White option: It is a piece of white fabric without any pre-printed pattern, you need to count the grid to complete!
Stamped option: Embroidered fabric with pre-printed pattern.
We provide two options, 11ct stamped, 14ct white fabric, fully meet the different customers needs.
As light and screen reasons, there maybe a little color difference with the real object. Hope you dont mind.
Note: This kit does not include a frame.
- T I P S:
- 1: Make sure your hands are clean before embroidering.
- 2: After embroidering, use neutral detergent solution, wash your hands after soaking in cold or warm water. Remember not to dry clean, do not force or squeeze.
- 3: When ironing, you should move the ironing from the back to the front, so that the embroidery can be flatter and the embroidery thread will not be damaged.
- If you run out of the thread, you can almost find it in Walmart.

Printing Cloth Cleaning InstructionsThere are still some clearly printed symbols after finished the embroidery kits work. It uses water soluble printing dye. Just put the cross stitch pattern in warm water for soaking. After 15 minutes later. The symbols and lines which printed on fabric is disappeared. The colorful pattern and grid lines printed on the cross stitch fabric are very easy to wash off. Then it will be clear and beautiful. |
For Pre-printed Kits, How to Choose the Thread Color
Regarding the difference between the printing and the actual pattern:
The color on the printed cloth is not the color of the actual pattern. The color on the cloth is convenient to distinguish the contrast of the design. It is embroidered on the cloth.
The color needs to be washed off.
For example, what is marked on the cloth is green, but it is actually red. It should be based on the thread board, and the cloth is marked with no 1 thread.
It means that the color of that area is embroidered with thread no 1 on the thread board.
Serial number: Corresponding to the digital serial number on the line board.
Symbol: the symbol corresponding to the area to be embroidered on the embroidery fabric.
DMC line number: represents the color code of each line.
Note: The shape of the symbol does not represent the embroidery method, and the color of the symbol does not represent the color of the embroidery thread.
Explanation of CT:
CT indicates the number of squares in an inch (2.54 cm). The smaller the number the larger the lattice, the larger the number and the smaller the lattice.
11CT is an inch including 11 lattice, with three strands of embroidery line embroidery, two strands of embroidery line groove, weaving difficulty moderate, suitable for beginners, proficient;
14CT is an inch including 14 lattice, with two strands of embroidery line embroidery, with one strands of embroidery line groove, weaving more difficult, suitable for the proficient.
NOTE:
1.No frame, DIY kits
2.The pattern has been printed on the fabric (11CT printed), the stamped fabric is water-soluble, so before finishing
stitching, the cloth cannot touch water, otherwise the printed part willbe gone.
3.After finishing stitching, put the fabric in water for half an hour, makeit dry, and then you can make a frame for it.
