Whats the Throttle Body?
Throttle body is a device on the engine intake system, it controls the amount of air entering the engine, thus controlling the amount of combustible mixture formed inside the engine. If there is more combustible mixture, the engine speed will be faster. If there is less combustible mixture, the engine speed will be slower. Therefore, the throttle can control the speed of the engine, which coincides with the role of the accelerator pedal, another part of the car.
