The capacity of regular size is 6.5L, which can hold 12 cans of soda(330ml), 6 bottles of water(500ml), 1~3 pcs meal prep food containers(3/2/1 compartment), 1-2 glass food containers(3/2/1 compartment).
The capacity of regular size is 9.5L, which can hold 18 cans of soda(330ml), 12 bottles of water(500ml), 2~4 pcs meal prep food containers(3/2/1 compartment), 2-3 glass food containers(3/2/1 compartment).
