If yoyo string is too long for you:

  1. Cut it to its proper length.
  2. Make a slipknot for your finger.
  3. Adjust the string tension

NOTE: There is no "correct" string length, but belly button length is a good guideline.

How to attach the yoyo string on your yoyo ball?

1. Untwist a section of the string at the end that does not have a knot and hold the string open.

2. Place the string over the yo-yo. (No need to unscrew the yo-yo)

3. Allow it to rest on the bearing, be careful not to tangle.

4. Place your index finger across the two halves and wind the string around the yo-yo and your finger until the string is around the yo-yo.
