This 3pc lightweight pulley set is designed to shave weight, and free up power that would otherwise be used to spin heavy OEM pulleys. The pulleys included in this set will replace the OEM crank, water pump, and alternator pulleys. They are stock diameter. Total weight savings vs stock: 3.425lbs
TAKE THE LOAD OFF
The math is pretty simple, it takes power to spin a pulley. The heavier the pulley is, the more power it will take to spin it. Your motor is limited in how much power it can make. By swapping to a lighter pulley your motor will spend less power spinning pulleys, and more power spinning the wheels. Since its easier to get the pulley spinning in the first place, youll also see an improvement in throttle response. Not to mention that youll be shedding nearly 3.5 lbs.
THE COMPLETE PACKAGE
To maximize results, weve built this kit to replace three of the pulleys on the accessory drive system. The pulleys replaced are the crank, water pump, and alternator pulley. All three CravenSpeed pulleys match the stock pulley diameters, so the stock belt sizes are maintained, and accessory output is unchanged. They are precision machined from aluminum for perfect balance, and anodized black, right here in the USA. Installation of these pulleys is fairly straightforward with no specialized tools required. Wed expect it to take 2-3 hours.
