Soft epaulets for admirals in the United States Navy. Theyre in a strong black fabric with gold-colored trim and silver bullion wire anchor and star embroidery. The narrow ends are open so that they can be held on by sliding onto a button tab on a shirt, or sewn by hand. 4 1/2" long (115mm) by 2 1/4" at the widest point (57mm). Made in Pakistan.
