Description
Tips:
1: For better shrink results. A heat gun with nozzle is strongly recommend.
2: Make sure the wire ends are clean.
3: To make sure the tube is heated evenly, please rotate the wire when you are heating or surround the wire to heat.
4: 3-5cm is the suitable distance that we suggested from the mount of the heat gun to the connector.
5: 400-500°C is the suitable temperature that we suggested for the heat gun. But please do not heat the connector too quickly. Or the surface of connector will be over heated, which will lead to the tube melt while the solder ring still not melt.
6: A solder ring mark may appear after the tin ring was melt. This does not mean the tin ring is not melted and it fails. As long as there are enough tin melt with the copper then it will hold up strongly. It is unnecessary to pursue 100% meltdown of the solder ring. You can stretch it to test after the connector cool down.
