Camtek Solder Seal Wire Connectors

SPECIFICATION

  • Shrinkage ratio is 2:1
  • Dual-walled design tubing: polyolefin tubing on the outside and hot melt adhesive inside.
  • Minimum shrink temperature: 80℃ (176℉)
  • Minimum temperature for solder to melt: 138℃ (280℉)

NOTE

  • When using the heat air gun, swinging it mildly so that the terminals can be heated evenly.
  • Since the heat shrink tube shrinks faster than the solder ring melts, after the heat shrink tube is completely shrunk, focus on the melting of the solder ring and swinging the heat gun around the solder ring.
