Read before you buy charging method:
1. Connect the power adapter and place the charging base against the wall. The left, right, and front of the charging base need an open space of 1 meter, and there must be no obstacles, because obstacles will prevent the robot from receiving infrared signals from the charging base.
2. The robot must be charged with the original 12V-1A power adapter, otherwise it will not be able to charge normally.
3. The indicator light of the charging stand is off: normal charging is in progress.
The charging indicator light is always on:
1:The robot has left the charging base and the charging base is in a waiting state;
2: The charging pole piece is in poor contact with the robot, and it is not charged normally.
3: If the robot cannot work at all, please use the DC plug to charge it manually.
4. Please keep in mind that there are three ways to charge the robot:
1:After cleaning, the robot will automatically return to the charging base for charging
2: Press the automatic recharge button on the remote control to charge
3:Press the automatic recharge button on the robot panel to charge
Special attention: Please do not manually move the robot to the charging base for charging, as this will cause poor contact between the charging pole pieces, and the robot must automatically climb on the charging base for charging.
The robot’s battery is exhausted and cannot perform the automatic charging function. Please use manual charging.
