Feature

●A throttle body is a butterfly valve located between the air intake filter and the intake manifold. As the gas pedal is pushed down by driver, the valve opens, allowing air to enter the engine. As more air flows into the engine, it injects more fuel, thus allowing for more power. A properly sized throttle body will provide sufficient airflow and velocity for good engine power and throttle response.
●This throttle body fits for Audi: 06 - 13 A3, 06 - 13 A3 Quattro, 05 - 14 A4, 13 - 14 A4 allroad, 05 - 14 A4 Quattro, 10 - 14 Audi A5, 10 - 14 A5 Quattro, 12 - 14 A6, 13 - 14 A6 Quattro, 13 - 14 allroad, 11 - 14 Q5, 08 - 09 TT, 2009 TT Quattro; for Volkswagen: 12 - 13 Beetle, 09 - 14 CC, 07 - 15 Eos, 2013 Golf, 06 - 14 GTI, 06 - 10 12 - 13 Jetta, 06 - 10 Passat, 09 - 10 Passat CC, 09 - 14 Tiguan; for 2004 Seat Altea, 05 - 12 Seat Leon.
●Customers can find the product you need accurately according to the OE number. OE part number: 06F133062A, 06F133062Q, 06F-133-062-E, 06F-133-062-G, 06F-133-062-J, 06F133062E, 06F133062G, 06F133062J, 06F133062M, 06F133062T, 06J133185DH, 06F 133 062 A, 06F 133 062 E, 06F 133 062 G, 06F 133 062 J, 06F 133 062 M, 06F 133 062 Q, 06F 133 062 T, 67-4003, S20070, TB1024.
●The throttle body regulates the proper volume of airflow into the engine which is essential to the mixture of fuel and air in the engine. When a throttle body goes bad, then it wont function properly. If it stays shut then your engine is not going receive air and it wont start. When the throttle gets stuck in an open position than your vehicle will receive too much air and cause it to have a high or fluctuating idle.
●The throttle body is very important to engine. Essentially, it allows horsepower to flow through it.Therefore, if your throttle body fails, replace it as soon as possible, and your vehicle will drive like new. This throttle body fits 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 years.

How to replace a throttle body?

1.Open your hood and locate your engines throttle body.

2.Remove the air intake duct at the throttle body.

3.Inspect the throttle body ports for carbon build up. Throttle bore wear is also common after long periods of time and throttle body assemblies will need to be replaced if worn.

4.Remove the throttle cable from the throttle body control lever.

5.Disconnect any air or vacuum hoses from the throttle body.

6.Remove the throttle position sensor from the throttle body.

7.Remove the throttle body mounting screws and remove the throttle body assembly. Discard the old gasket and install a new gasket between the throttle body and manifold during installation.

8.Match the new throttle body to the old throttle body making sure that sensors, hoses and cables are all routed correctly to the new throttle body and that it mounts correctly to the intake manifold.

9.Install in reverse procedure and follow manufacturer torque specifications during installation.
