●These white led marker lights needs to be hooked up to a 12v power source. ●This white led strip is hardwired with 2 wires and can be used as constant on boat lights: White is negative and Black is positive; These lights dont come with the on/off switch and Wire leads come out the back in the center so you must drill a hole in the mounting surface for them;

These clearance lights can not be set up to flash as strobes, of course, you can wire to a toggle (on/off)switch to make it come true; 3. These trailer lights are polarity dependent and will not work if polarity is reversed; 5.These are Waterproof, not submersible.
