1. How To Download APP?
You could download the APP(Named "QWatch Pro" )by scaning QR code of the manual & smart watch, or search "QWatch Pro" from Google Play or APP Store.
2. How To Bind My Phone?
1.Open the bluetooth in your phone>>2.Open the "QWatch Pro" app and click the watch icon at the bottom of the app>>3.Click Add Device>>4.Find the bluetooth name of the watch and bind the device>>5.Bind successfully. (Note: If the binding fails, please update the phone system and APP to the latest version or restore the watch to factory settings.)
3. Does It Fit My Phone?
BOCLOUD smartwatch is compatible with Android 5.0 and iOS10 or above, and Bluetooth 4.0 or above.
4. How to get the Call/Text Messages/SNS notifications?
a. Make sure the "QWatch Pro" app is running in background ( Go to your phone settings-->Apps --> Find “QWatch Pro” app--> Launch settings--> Switch on “Run in background”.
b. Make sure your phone allows the"QWatch Pro"app to send notifications (Go to your phone settings--> Apps-->Find the “QWatch Pro” app -->Switch on “Allow Notifications” and “Permissions”)
c. Make sure you have turned on "NOTIFICATIONS" on the "QWatch Pro"app (Go to the QWatch Pro app--> Device--> Click the “NOTIFICATIONS”--> Switch on all app you need.)
5. Need Replacement Charging Cable？
