FAQ
Q. Why is there a logo on the back of the box? Will it affect the overall shooting effect?
A: It only has one on the outside of the back of the box, the backdrops completely block. When using a white background cloth, it is better to shoot in the flip top side window.
Q. There are indentations/patterns on the background cloth, the background of the product pictures taken is not good.
A: You can bring up the brightness level on your camera to help wash it out.
Q. What size items are best for shooting in a studio?
A:If you are shooting from the front, it is best to shoot items about 3.9*3.9 inch. If you are shooting from above, it is recommended to shoot items of about 1.9*1.9 inch for the best effect.
Q. The LED is not bright enough, the LED is hot,the lights is Flashing.
A: The photo is taken in a place with sufficient lighting.Please check whether the USB connection terminal is normal and whether the input voltage is lower than 5V.Please use an adapter that does not have too much current and has an input voltage of 5V.
