Smart EDID Intelligent Downscale

Mixed Resolution Output (Downscaling): Distribute 4K signal to display(s) and 1080p to the other(s), allowing for the seamless integration of newer displays with older displays in the same environment.

AVR Mode: Simultaneously connect your HDMI 2.0 TV and HDMI 1.4 AVR to add audio formats provided by your AVR without compromising your HDMI 2.0 video (4K 60Hz 4:4:4 or 4K HDR). This provides the best audio/video experience with an older AVR and newer display.

Without this feature, your HDMI 2.0 video will scale down to whatever video HDMI 1.4 can provide, such as 4K 30Hz or worse.

Indulge in HDR

10-bit High Dynamic Range (HDR) provides a increased level of contrast between light and dark images to create a more vivid image. HDR truly takes 4K to the next level. You need to see it to believe it!NOTE: This Splitter will not give you HDR picture! An HDR source, display, and Premium High Speed HDMI cables are needed to obtain HDR video quality.

Read Below before Purchase

Below are limitations associated with 4K content down scaling

  • Down scaling to 720p and 480p is not supported
  • YUV 4:2:2 down scaling is not supported
  • Frame rate conversion (e.g., 60Hz to 24Hz) is not supported
  • 4K@30Hz monitors will display in 1080p@60Hz when the source content is 4K@60Hz
  • The Distribution Amplifier can bypass 4K HDR data content but cannot process it to make 4K HDR content fit 1080p proportionally
