National Artcrafts clear glass water globe with flexible rubber seal can be used as a replacement or with the base for your own creation. The globe is approximately 2-1/2" in diameter and 2-7/8" high. The neck fits a base opening that is 1-3/4" round and at least 5/8" deep. You can glue a decoration onto the rubber seal that is no more than 1-1/2" wide and 2" high. If filling the globe with water, your decoration must be waterproof.
