Heavy polypropylene webbing wont stretch like nylon webbing can. Seen as a more economical alternative to nylon fabric, polypro webbing is a reasonable option when doing projects. D-rings, buckles, triglides etc. are sized by the webbing or straps they are meant to be used with. Please note that rolls may contain factory splices.
